Shipping Policy

With the motto of always ensuring the best interests for customers, Nintendo Zone provides product delivery service, bringing convenience and meeting the shopping needs of all customers across the country, comfortably. You can choose products through the website or buy directly at the Nintendo Zone store.

All products sold at Nintendo Zone such as Nintendo Switch are supported for delivery in all provinces. Nintendo Zone guarantees delivery on time as promised - except in cases of force majeure.

The goods will be sent to the correct address that the customer has registered in the order when paying and carefully packed and guaranteed not to be damaged during transportation.

Return & Exchange Policy

Renew products of the same type in the first day in case of damage, hardware technical errors related to main, wifi chip, chipset, memory flash, touchscreen... provided that customers have full coupons and boxes. , books ... included with the product at the time of purchase.

 

Nintendo Zone stores do not accept product exchanges due to customers buying the wrong products, disk partition problems due to customers not checking carefully before buying,


During the warranty period, customers can repair for free. In case the device is no longer repairable, the customer can exchange for an equivalent product (This product is not necessarily 100% new).


In the case of provincial customers, please bear the shipping fee during warranty.

Warranty Provisions

WARRANTY CONDITIONS WHEN BUYING A GAME CONDITION AT NINTENDO ZONE:

  • All products sold by Nintendo Zone itself are warranted in accordance with Nintendo Zone regulations and manufacturer standards.

  • Warranty products must still have the Nintendo Zone warranty stamp and the distributor's and manufacturer's stamp (if any).

  • Memory card and hard drive 1 year warranty according to the distributor's policy.

  • New Nintendo game consoles are warranted for 3 months - 12 months depending on the version purchased - clearly stated in the attached warranty card. Please keep the warranty card.

  • All remaining components and accessories are warranted for 1 month at Nintendo Zone.

  • Used game machine & 1 month warranty repair service.

CASE OF WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

  • The device has no warranty stamp.

  • The device has a warranty card attached but the customer loses the ticket (Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, ...). Please keep the warranty card carefully to receive the best support.

  • The device is out of warranty.

  • The stamp shows signs of modification, does not specify the warranty period & the warranty expires.

  • Warranty stamp, serial number blurred, torn, lost.

  • Products are deformed, scratched, broken, chipped, bent, condenser, chip explosion, suitable ...

  • The product has signs of fire, rust, chip crack ...

  • The product is placed in a humid environment, damaged by insects, rats or other agents (soil, water, sand, etc.).

  • Damage caused by improper transportation.

  • Use an unstable power source.

  • No warranty for data, firmware, kernel that is deleted or affected by the customer.

  • No warranty for dead pixels, screen-related errors (staining, fading) on LCD panel due to manufacturing defects (Customers please check carefully on the spot before buying the product).

  • No warranty for game machine brick firmware, screen damage due to guest using game hack (Turn on the device but the screen is black or the screen shows system error).

  • No warranty for charging cable, power cable, video cable (AV, Component, HDMI...) if damaged due to broken wire, broken inner core.

  • No warranty for products such as chargers and 100-110v voltage sources, which are only damaged when customers plug in the wrong power source.
